The Youth Ministry of Williams Temple Church Of God In Christ is committed to creating a place where children and young people can grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and discover the purpose God has placed within them.
Through worship, biblical teaching, prayer, music, fellowship, ministry participation, and opportunities to serve, our young people are encouraged to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while becoming confident in their faith.
We believe young people are not simply the church of tomorrow. They are an important part of the church today. Williams Temple encourages our youth to use their voices, talents, creativity, and gifts as they learn what it means to serve God and others.
Giving Young People a Place to Grow
At Williams Temple, we want every young person to know that they have a place in the life and ministry of the church. Youth are encouraged to participate, learn, worship, speak, sing, serve, and grow in an environment that supports their spiritual development.
Our goal is to help young believers establish a strong biblical foundation while also giving them opportunities to develop confidence, leadership, responsibility, and a heart for ministry.
Whether standing before the congregation, participating in worship, learning the Word of God, or serving alongside others, each experience is an opportunity for our youth to recognize that God can use them right now.
As they grow, we pray that they will carry their faith beyond the sanctuary and become young men and women who represent Christ with courage, compassion, wisdom, and purpose.
